Explore the Wide Range of Racking We Offer
Single Select
This type of storage allows for maximum selectivity by providing access to any pallet at each storage location within a given racking bay. However, what this storage method affords in the area of selectivity, it tends to give up in lost storage positions due to the number of aisles needed to access product.

Drive-in
Provides the maximum storage density of product but is limited to a single SKU for all storage levels in each bay location. These storage types are most commonly utilized when large quantities or lots of a single product are stored and shipped in bulk. Drive-in racking is typically utilized in a LIFO (last-in-first-out) configuration while Drive-Thru rack may be utilized in either a LIFO or FIFO (first-in-first-out) system as access may be gained from both ends of the system.

Pick Module
A pick module system or warehouse pick module is a multi-level, engineered system comprised of a variety of storage mediums designed to move SKUs throughout a fulfillment operation.
|
Push Back
The concept of the Push-Back Rack allows for the storage of product in a LIFO (last-in-first-out) configuration while affording the ability to have different products stored at different elevations within the same bay. This storage type can be used to store product from 2 to 6 deep. Product rotation can be accomplished with batch method. Suitable for applications where multiple pallets of like product are stored. Aisle space is substantially reduced over conventional methods.

Pallet Flow
The use of Pallet Flow Racking is recommended where a FIFO (first-in-first-out) system of product rotation is needed. This method of storage affords multiple depth pallet load storage while allowing for total product selectivity within a given racking bay. This storage concept ensures product rotation within a lane and minimizes the number of aisles required in a facility.
|
Double Deep
Can halve the number of aisles that would be required with a wide aisle application. This enables better space utilization. You need to have product that can be doubled up in one position. Has more selectivity than drive-in. However this type of application requires double deep trucks and restricts access to each individual pallet.

Carton FLow
Carton flow is a form of shelving that uses a gravity feed rear-load design. Each unit consists of one or more inclined runways. Merchandise is loaded in the rear of each runway. As an item is removed from the front, the item directly behind it slides forward in place of the previous.
|
Cantilever
Cantilever racks are unique among racks in that they employ vertical supports at the rear of the rack only, with “arms” extending from the columns at the back of the system to support loads. This is best suited for products that are not easily stored on a pallet.
